CSCC Spa Summer Classic 2019

The annual CSCC visit to the Spa Summer Classic has become an annual and very popular tradition for the CSCC this being the 11th year. It is a highlight for many members , who plan their entire season around this long weekend in the heart of the Ardennes. Despite the Brexit uncertainty, the entries flooded in, the Inter Series race sold out within 24 hours! The Classic Race also reached near capacity very soon after entries opened. Soon, the reserve list for the Inter Series race reached such high numbers that extra space were purchased for the Gold Arts Magnificent Sevens competitors to race within the YTCC Autopassion races.

The majority of the scrutineering took place on the Thursday, with a further 40 cars on Friday, The CSCC Inter Series races featured one of the largest grids of the entire meeting, second only to the blue riband 3 hours.

It was another Spa weekend that once again will go down as the highlight of the season for the many that were there, a big thanks to all the competitors and volunteers who supported CSCC over the four days of the event.
