ATHENA – New Cut ring Head gasket for Subaru EJ25

Newer style Athena Cut Rings have a triple groove cutting surface for maximum sealing.

They are specially conceived for boost levels in the +2bar (+30 psi) range, without the concern of having to groove your block      to insert the rings. Simply lay the Athena head gasket down like a stock gasket, and then place the rings on the block. When you lay the head down, the cutting grooves on the rings will cut into the head creating a tremendous seal. The cut rings act as a barrier protecting the head gasket material from combustion and seal the vulnerable area between the cylinder wall clearances notorious for blowing.

Offered in different thicknesses, they can be developed upon any customer specifications (MOQ required).

Cut Ring gaskets are the best solutions for high performance engines as Turbo or NOS applications, where boost exceed 2 Bars. These special gaskets are equipped with high quality stainless-steel rings which offer maximum sealing around the cylinder bore and exceed the sealing capabilities of conventional fire rings.
