News from Team Julle Racing, Denmark.
The Julle Racing team have been in Hobro, DK testing their Suzuki Swift 1.6L rallycross car on the Nysum race course. Everything went perfect and the driver Soren Pedersen completed 29 laps, with the times progressing to be 3 seconds per lap faster through the day..
The latest engine build by ZOMER RACE ENGINES of NL, with Kelford cams, Wiseco pistons, K1 rods and King Race bearings (supplied by Part-Box.com), has given more torque, making the car easier to drive faster…
In testing, the engine ran for 5 hours and everything went well, the new approach has given us 8 hp, but then 14 nm.
Following this, the team look forward to the first race, which is DM 1 on Løvel race course at Viborg, 22nd April 2016, where they hope for big support for the team from their many fans. The car certainly looks striking in it’s Cusco~Part-Box livery!
In other news, Kevin, who is also Part-Box sponsored, has been on a three-day training session in Parcim and Jübek in Germany where he got 46 heats of practice and two races, he finished both in 4th place.
He looks forward to the first race on 23/4 in Silkeborg, which is the day before his confirmation and the day after the first Race in Rallycross.
